2. Account Registration

You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another person, or provide false or misleading information.

3. Earnings and Rewards

Users may earn rewards by completing legitimate tasks, surveys, offers, and other activities available through the EJA CASH platform. Any attempt to fraudulently complete offers, use VPNs, proxies, automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate eligibility, bypass geographic restrictions, or interfere with our systems may result in account suspension or termination and the removal of rewards associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Withdrawals and Payments

Withdrawals are subject to applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds and may require identity verification or additional account verification. We reserve the right to delay, reject, or withhold payments when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms. Payment processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and are typically between 1 and 7 business days. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of third-party payment services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

5. Referral Program

Referral bonuses are awarded only for legitimate new users who register through your referral link and meet applicable eligibility requirements. Self-referrals, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, incentivized fraudulent activity, or any attempt to abuse the referral program are prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, and removal of related rewards.

6. Prohibited Activities

Use bots, scripts, automated software, or unauthorized tools. Create fake, duplicate, or fraudulent accounts. Submit false information or engage in deceptive activities. Attempt to manipulate earnings, offers, surveys, or platform systems. Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users. Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, create security risks, or otherwise misuse the platform. Upon termination, rewards or balances connected to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be removed or forfeited where permitted by applicable law.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of EJA CASH is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EJA Talent Solutions LLC and EJA CASH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of EJA CASH shall not exceed the total amount paid to you by EJA CASH during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law
